Patient lost lower teeth due severe decay and bone loss. Needed lower denture, but had very small ridge due to severe bone loss. Placed two implants with locator abutments in lower denture. Denture now fits very tight,no adhesive needed due to snap fit. Patient able to eat and speak with no movement of denture.
